A favorite of mine

I love making one of a kinds of various shirt designs. I can do 4 shirts in a day at the same time or one after the other, same pattern in mind. I can do them together do side by side on the table. Use the same processes. Next day same thing all over and chances are…. they wont turn out the same. Working with ice can be messy and a lot of time. People(and so do I) love working with ice because It creates splits in the dyes you don/t normally see.

I do have techniques down enough to move forward in order to be consistent with my work. I also know too that there are ways to change things and learned why dyes are called fiber reactive dyes. So many variables go into how something may turn out.

I love and appreciate art. I have always been interested in photography. In my later years of life I took classes at NWTC in digital media. Later more classes in Photography.

Over the years I have taken many classes or gone to workshops where I could just learn and create.

This brought me to Tie Dyeing. After my first class with Tie Dye my interests in it grew. All my experiences with art, color and design came together.

Now I love sharing ideas and my creativity along with techniques, to create ‘One of a kinds.’
